Ashley Harden

Ashley holds her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, as well as a Degree in Kinesiology. She is also an Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. She continues to challenge herself with her educational pursuits to ensure her clients receive the most up to date, evidence-based care. 

She is a Holistic Physiotherapist, who also is specialized in the area of Pelvic Health (Women’s/ Men’s Health), Biomedical Dry Needling and Aquatic Therapy. Ashley carries an extensive knowledge in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, orthopaedic injury and chronic disease management in paediatric, adult and geriatric populations. 

Ashley is very comprehensive in how she approaches each individual client assessment and treatment because she is a big believer in the interaction between all body systems including the mind-body connection.

In Ashley’s spare time, she teaches yoga, pilates, does cross-fit, and continues to dance at the Alberta Ballet School. You can also find her hitting the slopes snowboarding or catching a surf anytime she is near the ocean.
